TUCSON - Arizona Athletics Director Greg Byrne announced special ticket packages for Saturday's football game vs. USC. The Wildcats welcome the No. 10 Trojans to Arizona Stadium on Sat., Oct. 27 at 12:30 p.m. The game will air live on ABC/ESPN2.
"I want to thank our fans for coming to all our games this year or the games they could attend," Byrne said in today's weekly football press conference. "It makes such a difference in the environment of Arizona Stadium, the impact on the team and coaches."
"We have extended our Red Plan and will have discounted ticket prices available for the USC game," Byrne continued. "This afternoon, we will be emailing our fans and putting things on the web discussing the options that we have added for ticket purchases."
The Red Plan, which previous included the Washington and USC games and has now been adjusted for the USC game only, includes a discounted individual game ticket price with a minimum purchase of two tickets. Tickets start as low as $20 for adults and $12 for kids.
"We are also changing ticket prices, so adults can get into certain parts of Arizona Stadium for $20 and children can get in for $12," Byrne added. "We need them there in the stands, and we want them to be there. We tried from a marketing and ticketing strategy to have our season ticket plan affordable for our fans, so we can have our fans buy season tickets instead of buying single game tickets. Our entry level price is $115 for eight games and that is the lowest in the Pac-12. We are always trying to engage our fans and see where we are from an economic standpoint. We want to see a full house against USC this week."
Value packs (minimum purchase of two tickets) are also available for the three remaining home games and fans can save up to 24% per person off the regular price plus an additional concessions voucher worth $9 per person. Each person will receive a game ticket and a concessions voucher good for one hot dog, bag of peanuts or popcorn, and drink. Value Packs will not be available for sale at the box office on the day of the game.
Additionally, the Blue Plan is still remains on sale and offers a discounted two-game option for the Colorado and ASU games. Tickets start as low as $43 for adults and $35 for kids.
