2011-12: Earned two All-American honors after finishing sixth in the 800 free relay and 16^th in the 500 free at the NCAA Championships...Posted personal best times in the 500 free and the 200 fly at the Texas Invite.

2010-11: Earned All-American honors in his first season at Arizona in the 800 freestyle relay with the men's quartet placing eighth overall in the event at the NCAA Championships in Minneapolis, Minn....Placed among the top 35 in the country individually in the 200 free, 500 free and 200 fly at NCAA's...Qualified in the top eight of both the 200 free and 500 free at the Pac-10 Championships in Long Beach.

High School: Had a standout prep career while swimming at Kingwood HS and for Blue Tide Aquatics...Won three gold medals in his senior season at Kingwood in the state championships...Has swum on four junior national teams and competed on NCSA All-Star team during a trip to Dublin, Ireland...Named as the Houston Chronicle's Boys MVP for swimming in the Houston, Texas area as a senior.
