2011: Giacomo Miccini joined the Wildcats in January of 2011 before the start of the season. The freshman compiled a 5-7 singles record and a 1-3 record in Pac-10 action. Miccini primarily competed in the No. 3 (2-2) and No. 4 (2-2) positions. He also competed in the No. 1 (0-1) and No. 2 (1-2) spots. In doubles action, Miccini paired up with Geoff Embry in the No. 1 spot and together the duo finished with a 2-5 record. He also paired up with Jay Goldman (0-1) and Jason Zafiros (0-1).

High School: Attended Pendleton High School in Florida...Played under Nick Bollettieri...Finished first in the Junior Davis Cup in 2007...Advanced to the semifinals of the Orange Bowl in 2006 and the finals of the Eddie Herr tournament in 2006....Advanced to the semifinals of the Casablanca GA in 2009...Was ranked in the Top 20 in the World in Juniors.
