Andre Vidaller traveled to Sarasota, Fla. to compete in the third annual Dicky V Intercollegiate Clay Court Classic held at the Athletic Center of Lakewood Ranch.

After two days of play, Vidaller was undefeated, losing only one set in four matches. The results put him in the finals where he took on Finn Tearney from Pepperdine. Tearney came out to a strong start, taking the first set, 6-1, but Vidaller fought his way back to clinch the second set, 7-5. The match entered a third set which Tearney claimed, 6-1.

The tournament concludes the fall season for the Wildcats. The team will be back in action on Jan. 18 when they host NAU at LaNelle Robson Tennis Center.
