The Arizona Wildcat men’s tennis team wrapped up its fall season at the 2011 Lakewood Ranch Intercollegiate Invitational where sophomores Giacomo Miccini and Andre Vidaller represented the Cats. All matches were played at the Athletic Center of Lakewood Ranch in Sarasota, Fla.

“Overall it was a positive fall for us,” said head coach Tad Berkowitz. “Our young guys are doing a nice job and I am excited for our spring season.”

In singles play, Miccini battled Julian Dehn from Minnisota. The Recanati, Italy native withdrew after two sets.

The Cats will be back in action on January 21 when they host the Northern Arizona Lumberjacks at LaNelle Robson Tennis Center in Tucson.
