2001-02 About Dee-Dee: Has 45 career double-digit scoring performances... Has started 52 of her career's 57 games... Is 3rd on the UA career list three-point percentage (.366), 3rd in career scoring average (14.4 ppg), tied for 3rd in minutes-played average (31.0 mpg), is 7th in three-point field goals made (89) and 7th in three-pointers attempted (243)... Coach Bonvicini says: "Dee-Dee has grown so much from the standpoint of what it takes to be a point guard, what it takes to lead her team. She brings us outstanding athletic ability and quickness, and her greatest asset is her speed. She's a defensive stopper, she's a proven scorer, she can shoot the three, and she can get to the basket. She's a great combination with Polkey because they understand each other's strengths and weaknesses. She's going to be a catalyst for us this year"... 2002-03 Season: Mary Roby Academic Achievement Award winner... First team All-Pac-10... UA co-MVP... Played in every game, starting all but one... Second on the team in scoring (16.2 ppg)... Finished the season 6th in the Pac-10 in steals (2.10 spg), 8th in three-pointers per game (1.58) and 7th in scoring... Arizona was 9-0 during the season when she scored 20 points or more... Reached double digits in scoring in 27 games, including 16 performances of 15 points or better... Held to just 7 points and 3 rebounds against Notre Dame (3/23/03) in the first round of the NCAA Tournament... Registered 27.4 points, 8.9 rebounds, 5.6 assists and 4.6 steals per game as a senior while leading Dunbar to a 27-9 mark and third-place conference finish...
