Ovid Goulbourne is in his first season as an assistant strength and conditioning coach with the University of Arizona Athletics Department. He works primarily with the football and women's golf programs.

He was a four-year letterman as a linebacker at West Virginia, playing under current UA defensive coordinator Jeff Casteel. He graduated in 2009 with a degree in multidisciplinary studies. During his time in Morgantown, Goulbourne was named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll and a BIG EAST Academic All-Star.

A native of Lluidas Vale, St. Catherine, Jamaica, he was a football star at Easton Area High School in Easton, Pa. Goulbourne was a star running back for the Red Rovers and was the Express-Times Football Player of the Year in 2004.
