Arizona women's soccer head coach Lisa Oyen announced today that eight student-athletes have signed National Letters-of-Intent to attend the University of Arizona.
UA Soccer will host Arizona State on Friday, November 4 at 7 p.m. on Murphey Field at Mulcahy Stadium.
2010: Emerged as the team's starting goal keeper and made 18 starts over the course of junior season ... Collected a conference-leading 104 saves in 1,676 minutes played ... Played every minute of team's last 18 games of season ... A Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention selection ... Established a career high with nine saves in a 3-1 victory over Tennessee (9/12) ... Earned first career clean sheet with 1-0 overtime shutout against Utah (9/26) when she picked up three saves ... Turned in another shutout performance with eight saves in a 1-0 overtime decision against California (10/22).
2009: Performed admirably in goal when starter Devon Wharf was injured ... Played in four games, started two as the goalie ... Saved 16 shots ... Saved seven shots in 45 minutes at Stanford (11/1) ... Saved six shots in her next outing, a complete game vs. Oregon.
2008: Appeared in the last game of the season against then-No. 24 Washington... Was back-up to senior goal keeper Chelsea McIntyre... Against the Huskies, played 51 minutes and registered three saves for .750 %.
Prep: Four-year letter winner in soccer and one-year letter winner in volleyball at A&M Consolidated High School in College Station, Texas ... Team captain in 2008 ... Team MVP in 2006 ...
