Emily Lai could not be happier for her teammate, Ana, to be able to compete in the Olympics. Lai understands the hard work and training that Ana went through in order to fulfill her dreams of making it on the Colombia world team.
"The whole team got together to watch her," Lai said. "You know the passion she has for her country and wearing that jersey is a whole different stage than the college level. It's nice to see a teammate go on to the next level."

Mykaylin Rosenquist was most excited about being able to watch one of her teammates compete on the television.
"It's really exciting to see one of our players on the big screen," Rosenquist said. "I know Ana has so much pride in her home country, Colombia, so making it to the 2012 Olympics is such an honor for her."
