UA defeated Cypress and Pima on the final day of the Arizona Fall Classic by a combined score of 19-0

TUCSON, Ariz. - Arizona's pitchers allowed just one total hit in two games as Arizona earned two more mercy victories in the final day of the Arizona Softball Fall Classic.
Shelby Babcock tossed a five-inning no-hitter in game one against Cypress as the Cats beat the Chargers 9-0 in five.
Kenzie Fowler was equally as impressive as she allowed one base runner in Arizona's 10-0, six-inning victory over Pima. Fowler allowed a double to the first batter she faced, but then got the next 18 in order, including nine strike outs.
The Wildcats finished the tournament a perfect 5-0 and improved to 6-0 in fall ball.

Fowler tossed a one-hitter and struck out nine and Arizona cruised to a 10-0 win over Pima in six innings.
Brigette Del drove in four of Arizona's 10 runs, hitting a double and home run in the game.
The Wildcats scored a run in the first on a Del Ponte RBI double in the gap.
A pair of three-run homers by Chelsea Goodacre and Del Ponte along with an RBI single by Karissa Buchanan in the third gave Arizona an 8-0 lead and chased Pima starter Marina Contreras in favor of Monet Ormsby.
The teams scrimmaged past five innings despite Arizona's eight-run lead and Arizona added two runs in the bottom of the fifth to win the game 10-0.

Babcock threw a five-inning no-hitter as Arizona supported her with nine runs of offense and Arizona downed Cypress 9-0 in five innings.
Babcock faced only 17 batters in the game and struck out five of them. The sophomore walked two Chargers and another reached base via a UA error.
Arizona's one through six batters each notched RBI on the game with Chelsea Goodacre leading the way with two. Becca Tikey went 2-for-3 with two RBI as well.
The Cats loaded the bases with one out in the first but only managed a single run as Lini Koria
tallied an RBI groundout.
Tikey, Brigette Del Ponte, Jessica Spigner and Goodacre all batted in runs as a part of Arizona's six-run fourth.
The Sunday action wrapped up the Arizona Softball Fall Classic. The Cats will conclude fall ball on Saturday, Oct. 29 at Hillenbrand Stadium. Three teams will be on display as Eastern Arizona and Yavapai College play at 11:00 a.m. before Arizona takes on Yavapai and Eastern at 1:00 and 3:00 p.m., respectively.
