It was a night for celebration at the Arizona Softball Alumni game as the 1991 and 1993 NCAA Champion Wildcat teams received special recognition along with alumni Rocky LaRose and Caitlin Lowe. The pageantry surrounded a four-inning contest between current Cats and former Cats, a game which the current team defeated the alumni 4-2.
 
Arizona Softball honored its 1991 and 1993 NCAA Champions as a preface to the program's annual Alumni game at Rita Hillenbrand Memorial Stadium.

A crowd of over 500 watched the 2013 Wildcats close their fall season against 49 former players, coaches and staff members of Wildcat teams from the last 37 years.

The 2012 Arizona softball team defeated the Arizona Alumni squad, 4-2. RBI from Chelsea Goodacre and Mandi Perez got the 2012 Wildcats to a quick 2-0 lead, before Lauren Young made it 3-0 with a fielder's choice.

A pair of RBI walks plated the Alumni's two runs and the Cats picked up their final run on a sacrifice fly.

Deputy Athletics Director Rocky LaRose received special recognition between the first and second inning for her 34 years of service in the Arizona Athletic Department.

Along with LaRose, Arizona recognized current softball director of operations Caitlin Lowe, a four-time All-American at Arizona from 2004-07. She was inducted into the Arizona Sports Hall of Fame at a ceremony earlier Friday night.
