Arizona will go head-to-head with the best the National Pro Fastpitch has to offer

University of Arizona Wildcat Softball welcomes the National Pro Fastpitch All-Stars, Wednesday, Oct. 24 as a part of the NPF All-Stars' Back to School Tour. The game will begin at 7:00 p.m. PDT at Hillenbrand Stadium.
The Wildcats will take on the NPF All-Stars for the second time in the last three years. In the fall of 2010, the NPF All-Stars were 9-0 victors behind a perfect effort from pitchers Cat Osterman and Jamee Juarez.
The All-Stars will feature current Wildcat Director of Operations Caitlin Lowe, who left the NPF to become Arizona's Director of Operations in September. The complete roster for the All-Stars features Hillary Bach (ASU), Kelsey Bruder (Florida), Kaylyn Castillo (ASU), Ashley Charters (Washington), GiOnna DiSalvatore (UCLA), Andrea Duran (UCLA), Jamee Juarez (Ohio State), Kelly Kretschman (Alabama), Caitlin Lowe (Arizona), Brittany McKinney (North Carolina), Charlotte Morgan (Alabama), Angeline Quiocho (BYU), Jenn Salling (Washington), Kristina Thorson (California) and Nikia Williams (Washington).
The NPF All-Stars are 57-2 all-time on the Back to School Tour, now in its third season. Its only losses came in 2011 to Oklahoma and on Saturday, in its most recent contest to Louisiana Lafayette. The All-Stars will play Florida Monday night prior to venturing west for the final four games of the tour.
Admission to the game will be free with seating based on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking in the surrounding lots to Hillenbrand Stadium will be free of charge
Arizona, currently 7-0 with four mercy-rule wins in the fall, will play the NPF All-Stars on Wednesday before finishing off the fall slate with its annual Alumni Game on Nov. 9.
