2010: One of a slew of freshman who immediately left their mark in the program...Apgar was the teams top runner in the 1500-meters...Posted a season's best time of 4:29.65 in the event at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational...Won the 1500-meter crown at the annual UA-ASU-NAU Double Dual...Qualified for the West Regionalsof the NCAA Championship Preliminaries, marking herself as one of the top 20 freshman in the event in the country...Indoors, Apgar anchored the school's Distance Medley Relay, running the mile portion and leading the squad to a school record in 11:34.35...2010 (XC): Coming in as a freshman with an impressive middle distance resume out of high school, Apgar showed she could get it done over the long haul during her first cross count season as a Wildcat...Apgar was one of the most consistant runners on a young cross country squad that featured 11 freshman, recording the most consecutive point scoring finishes outside of junior Maggie Callahan...Apgar scored for Arizona in four straight meets, including the three championship events...Was instrumental in leading the team to it's first NCAA Championship appearance in nine years...

Abraham Lincoln High School, San Diego, Calif.: A prominent member of the school's cross country team, Apgar helped lead the squad to four consecutive CIF San Diego Section Championships in the state of California...Had a best finish of second at the 2006 Division 5 San Diego Section championships and finished in the top-five all four years...In track and field, Apgar holds the school record in the 800-, 1600- and 3200-meters...She was the CIF San Diego Section champion at 800-meters in 2007 and 2008 and qualified for the state meet in 2008 and 2009...She was voted the 2007 Runner of the Year and and the Team MVP that same season...
