2010: Perhaps the "diamond in the rough" of the 2010 freshmen class...After an injury-plagued high school career, Meyer bounced back in her first season as a Wildcat to play one of the largest roles on the team...Finished fifth at the Pac-10 Championships in the 10,000-meters in 33:46.96 - the third fastest time in Arizona history and a Wildcat freshman record...The mark is also the fourth fastest junior time in the world in 2010...Also posted a time of 16:21.54 in the 5000-meters, theeighth fastesttime in Arizona history...Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team...(XC): Posted one of the most surprising andperhaps the biggestresultof the season at the NCAA West Regional Championships in finishing 60th overall and in the Wildcats fifth and final point-scoring spot after fellow freshman Lauren Smith went down with an injury...Had not competed in any of the big races up until that point...The finish was key to advancing the Wildcats to their first NCAA Championship appearance in nine years...
