Renewals
Early Online Incentives | Payment Plan | Parking & Tailgating

The 2013 season ticket renewal deadline is May 1. In order to retain your current football season ticket locations and/or Wildcat Club charitable giving benefits for 2013-14 (including men's basketball priority), all payments must be received by the renewal deadline of May 1, 2013. Renew by May 1st and receive an official 2013 season ticket holder gift (one gift per season ticket holder account).

Renewal statements for 2013 football season tickets and 2013-14 Wildcat Club charitable gifts (including men's basketball priority seating) post online by January 31. View your online account by using the My Account Manager system. Account holders with a current email address will receive a renewal reminder email on Feb. 4. Check the current email address in your online account, or call the McKale Ticket office to update or confirm your current email address.

Paperless Renewals | Paperless Information
Arizona Athletics is now "paperless" for all season ticket renewals. This means that paper renewal statements will no longer be mailed. Renewal payments may be made online, over the phone, in person and by mailing a check. CLICK HERE for more information on paperless renewals.

Online Renewals | Step-by-Step Instructions [PDF]
We encourage you to renew online and eliminate your paper renewal mailing. Arizona Athletics incurs additional fees when we accept credit card payments. In order to minimize these fees, and to ensure that a higher percentage of your gift will go to benefit our student-athletes, we prefer that you pay in full for your tickets online with an eCheck. Thank you for considering these options.

Please note:

  • Your online statement will reflect the total amount of your annual giving contribution to Athletics, excluding contributions made to Campaign Arizona Phase II.
  • By maintaining your current level of support, you automatically qualify for one of the established gift club levels and receive a variety of benefits (for donations of $100 or more). If you choose to increase your level of support and upgrade to a higher gift club level, you will qualify for additional giving level benefits.
  • Seat change requests can by submitted in the "Comment" section during your online renewal.

Early Online Renewal Incentives
We encourage you to renew online and eliminate the need to print and return a paper renewal mailing. As a small "thank you" for paying your full renewal balance online by February 28, we are offering the following online early renewal benefits (per order) in addition to the season ticket holder gift:

  • $10 renewal service fee waived
  • Receive $10 off an order of $50 or more at BearDownShop.com
  • Automatic entry into the "30 Prizes in 30 Days" drawing!

Renewal Payment Plan | Get the form here
A renewal payment plan is available again this year. Arizona Athletics will charge the first installment immediatally upon completion of the renewal application with additional, equal installments charged at the beginning of each month up to, and including, May. The total amount due can be split into as many as four equal installments if the process is started in February (first payment in February, then March 1, April 1, and May 1). All renewal payments are due in full by May 1, 2013.  Click here for the payment plan form
