Online Renewal Instructions

Priority Renewal Deadline:  May 1, 2013
Priority renewals are billed in the spring (along with football). All priority seating payments were due on May 1, 2013. The priority portion is the Wildcat Club contribution of the season ticket cost. In order to retain your current men's basketball priority season ticket location, all payments must be received by the priority renewal deadline.

2012-13 Season Ticket Renewal Deadline:  September 10, 2012
Ticket renewals will be available in August. An email will be sent at that time to notify season ticket holders when their renewal application is available. All season ticket payments are due September 10, 2012. This includes the ticket portion of priority season tickets and the full amount of non-priority season tickets. Non-renewed season tickets will be opened to the public for sale after the renewal deadline.

Renewal Payment Plan
Split up your season ticket payment into two equal installments. Payment plans are available for all price levels. Simply complete the payment plan authorization form and return to the McKale Ticket Office. Click here to download.

Paperless Renewals  |  Paperless Information 
Arizona Athletics is going "paperless" for all season ticket renewals. This means only that paper renewal statements will no longer be mailed. Renewal payments may still be made online, over the phone, in person and by mailing a check. CLICK HERE for more information on paperless renewals.

Online Renewals  |  Online Renewal Instructions
We encourage you to renew online and eliminate your paper renewal mailing. Priority renewal statements are posted in February and ticket renewal statements are posted in August. Review your online renewal statement by logging into your online account. Account holders with a current email address will also receive a renewal email. This email includes instructions for how to renew online. Check the current email address in your online account, or call the McKale Ticket Office to update or confirm your current email address.

Ticket Transfer ($2.50 fee)  |  Log in to My Account
A new feature for season ticket holders - you can now transfer (forward) one or more of your individual game tickets to a friend online. This is a great tool for out of town fans or businesses who cannot use their tickets for a specific game. Simply log into your account, click the Transfer Tickets button near the bottom corner, and select the game(s) and seat(s) that you would like to transfer. Then enter the email address of the person you would like to receive your tickets for that game. That person now has 48 hours to accept the tickets. There is one fee of $2.50 per transfer (not per ticket). Once the transfer has been accepted the original tickets are no longer valid and the new tickets are sent via email.

Please note, this feature allows season ticket holders to forward one or more individual game tickets to another person. This does not allow a permanent transfer of full season tickets to another account holder.

Additional season ticket holder benefits:
- Guaranteed same seats for all home games
- 2 Wildcat Club points for every year as a season ticket holder
- Qualify to request tickets for postseason
- Opportunity to upgrade to better seats before the general public (prior to season)
- Opportunity to renew the same seats

Upgrading Season Ticket Locations
Seat change requests are accepted with the priority renewal payment, and will be processed as follows:

- Requests for moving tickets in the priority areas must be received by May 1, 2013.
- Donors requesting to improve their seats within the same priority area (e.g. improve a "C" pair within the "C" area) will be prioritized based on the priority point system.
- Requests to improve seats to a higher priority area (e.g. move from a "C" to a "B" area) may be assigned only to those donors who make an additional contribution to Campaign Arizona Phase II.
- Requests for moving tickets in the non-priority areas must be received by September 10, 2013 and are assigned based on the priority point system.

2013-14 New Season Ticket Information

Non-Priority Area >>
Deposits for New Non-Priority area season tickets are now being accepted. Season tickets in the non-priority area were $399 each for the 2012-13 season, but may increase in price for 2013-14.  Seats will be assigned at the time of full payment. Non-priority areas are the upper-level sections 102-114, 116-120 and 125-126. A very limited number of seats remain at this time.

*New Priority Season Tickets:  Campaign Arizona Contribution
Priority tickets may be assigned only to those donors who make a contribution to Campaign Arizona Phase II. All suggested Campaign contribution amounts apply to one pair of seats.

- Priority seating contributions begin with a suggested $5,000 charitable gift ($1k per year for 5 years) for "F" area priority tickets.
- "Middle" priority seats include a suggested charitable gift, beginning at $10,000 ($2k per year for 5 years) for "E" area priority tickets.
- The suggested charitable gift varies for other priority areas (A, B, C, D areas).
- Gift amounts are subject to change based on ticket availability.

McDonald's Red-Blue Game
Tickets are available on-line, over the phone and in person at the McKale Center Ticket Office. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets early - this event sold out last season - and enjoy a $2 savings per ticket if purchased on-line or in person by Oct. 20. Advance prices are $8 for adults and $5 for children (ages 3-17). Prices rise to $10 and $7 if purchased at McKale Center on game day. Ticket prices for all on-line transactions feature the advance price.

All seats for the McDonald's Red-Blue game are general admission.

Discounted tickets of $4 per person are available for groups of 25 or more.

Mini-Plan: The Mini-Plan allows you to choose between Humboldt St. and Chico St., and includes Charleston Southern, Long Beach St., Southern Miss, Florida, Colorado, UCLA, California and Washington St. Pricing for this 9 game plan is listed below, with some seats selling for as low as $189.

Holiday Pack:
The Holiday Pack includes one ticket to the Oral Roberts, Colorado & Utah games.

Single Game Ticket On Sale Dates:
October 13: Home games thru Dec. 4 (Humboldt St. - Southern Miss), Holiday Pack, and Mini Plan
December 1: All Remaining home games (Florida - Arizona St.)

ZonaZoo Tickets: ZonaZoo tickets may become available the week of home games, and be available to the general public for $20 per seat. Please see the ZonaZoo distribution schedule here.

 Print at Home
Print at Home is the quickest and recommended method of ticket delivery. When you purchase single game tickets online or over the phone choose print at home and your tickets will be emailed directly to you. Print your tickets on your home computer, bring them straight to the entrance gate and skip the lines!


Away Game Ticket Orders
The University of Arizona receives a very limited number of tickets for away men's basketball games. Eligible donors will receive a request form with your ticket renewal. To request tickets for these games, please fill out the away game request form prior to the deadline. Requests for Non-Conference away games are due November 1st. Requests for Pac-12 Conference away games are due December 1st. All tickets will be assigned based on the Wildcat Club priority point system and are based on availability. Only current season ticket holders or donors may order away game tickets.

Wheelchair Seating
Wheelchair access to the upper concourse can be made through any ramp located on the street level through the arena, by the bridge from the second floor or the Cherry Garage or by the elevator located on the street level inside the entrance immediately to the west of the McKale Ticket Office.
