The McKale Ticket Office is located on Enke Drive, on the south end of the McKale Memorial Center. A limited number of metered parking spaces are available in front of the ticket office on Enke Drive for customer use.

Ticket Holder Policies & Procedures

Facility Policies & Procedures:  Arizona Stadium  |  McKale Center

Account Holder: The account holder is the customer whose name appears on the first name line in our computer ticketing system.

Payments: Payments are accepted from the account holder only. Payments made towards an account with a different name will not be accepted. Tax receipts are issued only to the account holder making the payment. A delivery fee will apply to every ticket order. Online per ticket fees will also apply to all football and men's basketball orders.

Transfer of Tickets: Season ticket renewal licenses may only be transferred in the circumstances outlined in the Transfer Policy or at the discretion of the Athletic Director. This policy will be reviewed on an annual basis, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Refunds: No refunds or exchanges on tickets will be permitted.

Disabled Patron Information: Wheelchair seating is available at all ticketed venues. Persons with accessibility or special seating needs should contact the McKale Ticket Office for assitance with ticket purchases, and/or for more information.

Sports Interest Giving: Contribute a gift directly to the sport of your choice. Contributions can be made by calling (520) 621-CLUB (2582).
