TUCSON, Ariz. -Â Arizona posted two more shutouts on Saturday, its fifth and sixth of the fall.
Michelle Floyd and
Danielle O'Toole threw a combined perfect game in Arizona's10-0 win over Scottsdale after
Nancy Bowling and
Taylor McQuillin shutout Cypress in UA's 9-0 victory.

Freshmen drove in six of Arizona's nine runs while
Nancy Bowling and
Taylor McQuillin pitched a combined shutout as Arizona improved to 5-0 this fall with five shutouts.

Dejah Mulipola batted in four runs, including her first two homers of the fall.
Â
Alyssa Palomino (solo) and
Joelle Krist (three-run) also homered in the game for the Cats.
Â
Nancy Bowling pitched three scoreless innings, allowing two hits and striking out a pair.
Taylor McQuillin did the rest, pitching four perfect innings, including seven strikeouts.

Arizona struck quickly in the first.
Mandie Perez walked on four pitches and Dejah Mulipola sent the first strike of the game over the left field fence for a two-run home run.

After a scoreless second and two quick outs in the third, Mulipola knocked her second homer in as many at-bats, another line drive to left.
Alyssa Palomino followed with her first homer of the fall for back-to-back homers by the freshmen.

Back-to-back singles in the fourth set the table for
Joelle Krist to launch her second homer of the fall to deep left, a three-run shot.
Alexis Dotson followed with a single and scored from first on Reyna Carranco's double to right. Mulipola collected her fourth RBI with a single up the middle to put Arizona ahead 9-0 after four.

GAME 2 - Arizona 10, Scottsdale 0 (5 innings)

Danielle O'Toole threw a combined perfect game and Arizona run-ruled Scottsdale, 10-0 in five innings.Â

Floyd and O'Toole, who combined to strikeout eight of the 15 batters faced, did not allow a ball to reach the outfield; all seven of the balls put in play were infield outs. Floyd picked up the victory, striking out five in three innings before O'Toole struck out three in two innings of relief.

The victory marks Arizona's sixth shutout of the fall season and second no-hitter.
Nancy Bowling and
Taylor McQuillin threw a combined seven-inning no-hitter against Grand Canyon on Oct. 8.

Arizona's offense supplied the pitchers with 10 runs over four offensive innings, the majority of the work done in the four-run third. UA hit three straight homers in the third, followed by a triple.

Palomino, Mauga and Mercado went deep while Jessie Harper collected a pair of extra-base hits, a double and a triple.Â

Mercado led Arizona with four RBI while Mauga, Palomino, Martinez, Harper and Edior registered RBI in the contest as well.

UA loaded the bases with no one out in the first.

Mo Mercado and Jessie Harper drove in the runs to give the Wildcats a 3-0 lead after one.

In the third, Arizona hit three consecutive home runs to blow it open.

Mo Mercado hit back-to-back-to-back solo homers to double Arizon's lead. The next batter - Jessie Harper - tripled off the wall in dead center and scored on
Hillary Edior's groundout to make it 7-0 after three.
